Are IV nutrient infusions worth it? An honest look
22 April 2026 · 4 min read
IV drips are not cheap, so it is fair to ask whether they are worth it. The honest answer depends entirely on what you are hoping to get from one — and on going in with realistic expectations.
What a drip can genuinely offer
A well-made wellness drip is a convenient, efficient way to hydrate and top up certain nutrients, delivered in about an hour without you leaving home. For people who value that convenience and the feeling of a deliberate reset, that has real value.
What it cannot do
A wellness drip is not a treatment for any illness, not a substitute for a balanced diet, and not a magic fix for ongoing tiredness or stress. Anyone promising those things is overselling. If a health problem is behind how you feel, the best value by far is seeing your GP.
Getting the most from one
- Be clear on why you are booking — hydration, convenience, a pre-event top-up
- Keep up the basics: sleep, food, water and movement
- Treat it as one helpful tool, not the whole toolbox
We would always rather you booked with clear eyes than oversold expectations. If a drip is not the right thing for you, we will tell you.
Decided it is for you? Pick a time and we will come to you.
