Iron Restore

In-home IV iron using Ferinject (ferric carboxymaltose). From $149 funded for eligible clients who meet PHARMAC's Special Authority criteria (plus any prescription cost); non-funded from $440 ($240 per 500 mg vial + $200 administration). Recent blood work and clinical review required.
