About Us
Clinically grounded. Quietly luxurious.
VitalLine Infusions is a mobile IV wellness service run by registered paramedics — clinicians who place IV lines and manage infusions every working day.
That clinical exposure, combined with current research on hydration and micronutrient therapy, shapes how every appointment is delivered: at your home or workplace, on your schedule, with hospital-grade equipment.

Research-informed practice
Our protocols are built on current clinical literature for IV hydration and micronutrient therapy, and reviewed as new evidence emerges.
Screened before every visit
A health screening and clinician review confirm individual suitability before any appointment is approved.
Calm, considered care
Unhurried appointments in the comfort of your home, hotel or workplace — with hospital-grade equipment and the discretion you'd expect from a private service.
Our Standards
Safety & Clinical Governance
Client safety is the foundation of the service — documented, transparent and reviewed.
Screening & consent
Every client completes a health screening before booking is confirmed, and written informed consent is taken at the visit. Depending on your treatment, a recent blood test may be requested beforehand.
Clinician review
Each screening is reviewed by a clinician. No infusion proceeds without documented approval.
Clinical governance
Documented protocols, adverse event procedures and ongoing review — using hospital-grade consumables and infection control standards.

The Experience
How Your VitalLine Experience Works
A refined, professional mobile wellness experience designed around comfort, clinical confidence and convenience.
At VitalLine Infusions, we believe wellness support should feel effortless, professional and personalised. Our mobile IV service brings premium hydration and wellness therapy directly to you — recovering at home, staying in accommodation, preparing for performance, or simply prioritising your wellbeing.
Every enquiry begins with a confidential screening and clinical suitability assessment — and depending on your treatment, a recent blood test may be needed beforehand. Our registered paramedics combine clinical professionalism with a calm, relaxed experience designed around your comfort.
Once your consultation is complete, we arrange a mobile appointment at a location that suits you. We bring all the professional equipment and create a comfortable, discreet setup so you can relax while your infusion is administered.
"Professional wellness support — delivered with clinical confidence."

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Every client is screened and clinician-reviewed before any infusion is approved. Our registered paramedics carry appropriate emergency equipment and are trained to manage infusion reactions. As with any clinical procedure, IV therapy carries inherent risks — these are discussed at consent.
Suitability is assessed individually through our pre-infusion screening. Some conditions, medications or circumstances make IV therapy unsuitable. For health concerns, please see your GP.
Our infusions are a wellness service, not a diagnostic or treatment service for medical conditions — the exception is iron infusions, a prescription treatment provided after clinical assessment. We're a complement to, not a substitute for, your GP.
Each appointment is booked as a 90-minute window, covering set-up, the infusion and brief post-infusion monitoring. The infusion itself usually runs 30–60 minutes depending on the drip.
Your paramedic arrives with all the hospital-grade equipment needed. You'll need a comfortable spot to sit or recline. They'll explain the procedure, monitor you throughout and stay until you're cleared to resume normal activity.
No. All clients complete our screening, which a clinician reviews before booking is confirmed. Iron Restore additionally requires recent blood work confirming iron deficiency.
Yes — at any suitable private home, hotel or workplace in the Waikato. Tell us the location at enquiry and we'll confirm.
